Rules & Regulations

Instructions to Students

This Hand Book should be brought daily.
All students are expected to be regular and punctual to school.
Uniform is compulsory on all working days.
Regularity, obedience, good conduct, and cleanliness are expected from every pupil.
Students must submit a leave letter if absent.
Bring textbooks and notebooks according to the timetable.
Costly jewellery and unnecessary money are not allowed in school.
Always be respectful to elders and school staff.
Maintain personal and classroom cleanliness.
Speak English within the school campus to improve language skills.
Latecomers will be penalized with fines or other punishments.
Leave applications must be submitted to the class teacher or Principal. Absentees without a letter will be fined ₹1/day.
Do not loiter or leave the classroom during working hours.
Use respectful language at all times.
Students are responsible for their belongings.
Maintain queues and avoid breaking line discipline.

Attendance

Students must maintain at least 75% attendance to be eligible for promotion.
Consecutive absence for 5 days without a leave letter may lead to removal from the roll.

General Rules and Regulations of the School

Regular attendance is mandatory. Submit leave letters for unavoidable absences.
Fees are to be paid term-wise:
- I Term: Before 15th June 2025
- II Term: Before 14th September 2025
- III Term: Before 4th January 2026
Failure to pay on time will result in removal from the roll.
Students absent from Annual Examination without a valid reason will be considered failed. No re-exam will be conducted.
Fees once paid will not be refunded.
